"All about 'High and Mighty":

In this article firstly, I am sharing from my old management note book, guiding extract of a book:
'How to succeed without working Dam hard"
by RJ Kriegel. The worthy points from this are:

1 Ignite the Park by leading an innovative life. Winners must be creators not respondents. Live life as a break through thinker.

2 Passion is burning commitment that involves your whole being- body mind and spirit. It makes you feel more vital alive and enables you to tap your strengths. Ignite that passion in what you do then very best would come about.

3 Keep your victory log that is your outstanding achievements. It would enable you to have more confidence and motivate you.

4 Stoke fires, further more don't soak them. Anticipate resistance and get to the habit of breaking habits.

5 Risk-taking is natural. Small steps lead to victories. It is OK to say "My bad luck" Don't think big but start small. Get the whole picture: upside benefits and downside consequences.

6 Create Community Team up. Don't compete but co-operate. Pioneering spirit, spin it differently. Expand walls, create find a small Niche. Personalize service. Don't compete with Giants, create your own small field to play the game.

8 Be sure there is a problem in the first place before working hard to solve the one.

"High and Mighty":
The path braking thinking illustrated in above extract and a special coverage subsequently read by me in a magazine, about the select 'High and Mighty' from the variety of fields happens to be in line with one another. The profiles of these Power People highlighted therein, are not only just quite interesting, encouraging and above all, inspiring but they present the progress story too, of the days gone by.

Assimilating these contents of-High and Mighty' triggered these thoughts:

1. 'High and Mighty Power People' attain the glorious success in their segment of choice, thru' their Vision, sustained hard work, consistency and of course the needed skills.

2. From such success, it is but natural that 'Power' 'Fame' 'Name' and 'Glory' comes to them and influencing others and decisions follows.

3. What is the 'root cause' behind their success? It is their quest to achieve their 'Chosen Purpose', ultimately turning it into their 'useful contributions' and 'value additions' in some definite sphere of Human Life, that offers them with success.

4. The lesson for one and all is that 'One must first identify what's exact 'achievable purpose' in Life, the ongoing journey to which can be liked and en-joyed by him'.

5. In short, one must toil to continuously make use of his inner potential for contributing the well being of Human Life around.

However a final observation, for everyone as such, has a specific limited Time in Life for such rise and glory!

Finally, in line with foregoing thought process, I noticed on some other page in my treasure book following:

* Thoughts, Desire, Actions Emotions are the four Kings 'Values' is Emperor. We can navigate our life with the four Kings and the Emperor.

* Contribute everyday something to yourself, to your family, to your organisation and to the society and for the Nation.
* Be free and joyous.
* Work should be for positive cause and done like a Workshop.
* Have total transparency at all the levels.
* Inspiration can come from children and youth, they are our future.
* There is nothing like perfection. You are, who you are and accept, who you are.
* Make things happen work within your means and resources to make your life satisfactory.
* Set your own goals and achieve your milestones; don't compare about what others have and you haven't, instead look at what you have.
* Keep open mind. Be open to new thoughts, ideas. Carry no baggage and work towards inner happiness.
* Finally enjoy every moment, that life offers to you.

Thank you.
