"Management Musings-4":
"The Think Tank":
You are aware that since this Gudhi Padwa day, a completely new Avenue got opened up for me for an interesting activity of sharing valueable thoughts through my 'Management Musings' article series, with those who are interested.
This is the fourth article in this series, which takes you to the Think Tank:
# Education is not about homework and exams, the teachers have to become mentors, rather than just providers of content.
# If young people learn to its exercise their votes, they will also begin to care for their opportunities, a billion voices is a billion votes.
# State should penalize those children, who do not care for their elderly parents and reward those who do.
# The only way to survive City congestion is To embark Upon A Metro revolution with state and Centre together.
# Ignore powerbroker, it's a call to the middle class and time to wrestle politics, from politician's hands.
# Demand more from yourself. Push that extra yard of your comfort zone, break out, in the pursuit of Excellence.
# Each citizen has to be given the right to save and opportunity to earn interest, it's not Rocket Science, it's democracy.
Few Syndromes:
# CCTE: Cell phone Constantly To Eear,
# PDV: Public Display of Vulgarity
# TIDS The Insane Driver Syndrome
# NDS Name Dropping Syndrome
# A new nation can be built by only with a work ethic which combines discipline with creativity, passion with respect.
# Unleashing Entrepreneural mindset requires drive and diplomacy. Indians need to become Doers, not just Dreamers.
#A temporary policy of gender quota is necessary. 0nly then, Indian women would emerge as a strong political force.
# Quality not quantity should be the focus on science education. No investment in R&D means no real progress.
# Urban India needs new Land use laws to prevent spread of slums.
# Promoting, Sporting success with corporate individual support would foster the National pride and prevent diseases of affluence.
# The Global Warming is going to show early effect the World weather conditions by 2100. This would turn into melting of Polar cap which would increase sea levels submerging Low land areas. Unfortunately the fact is not due to any natural calamity but is man made-thanks to the rapid industrialization, deforestration, increase in automobiles & of course the changing Lifestyles."
That's so far so good for extracts from my 14/15 year old Treaure Book of Management Notes...
Now my pertinent observations on the Present deadly threatening Crisis of Covid 19:
# "Dramatic Paradym Shift":
With the fast pace, due to which our World has changed so far, due to rapid accelerating technological changes, has been coverted it into a Global village and we continued to be proud of this change. Unfortunately, therefore, whether we like it not, can we not assign the prime reason for the present threat of Covid 19, to this very Pride of a Global Village?
Undoubtedly, now there is dramatic paradym shift, and, our World has now been shrunk and confined dramatically, drastically, to the lone individual family in the four walls of a Home. Thats the very high price, we are now compelled to pay because, if at all it were not so, the threat would have remained and been contained in the very place, where it sprang!"
