Fully agree.

Stopped watching after the Fixing scam broke.

Crorepatis doing some sort of commercial sport and rest of us hard working folk  wasting time watching their antics to earn more money.

Many would not even know that there is no Nation involved here only Private Cricket Bodies.

I completely agree with this, Mama. We have way too much focus on Cricket. And that comes at the expense of much less focus on any other sport.

It hurts me to no end that India could not send a team in the recently concluded Soccer World Cup tournament; we couldn’t make it even to the field of 32 countries. Next time onwards, it’s going to be extended to a 48-country tournament but I won’t be surprised to not see India in it. In fact I am quite confident that India will not be in it.

I have been equally disappointed with no Indian showing up in any of the tennis grand-slams (Australian, French, Wimbledon, or US), when countries such as Kazakhstan have had champions. Half the population of the world won’t even be able to spot Kazakhstan on the World Map.

I can go on. I have suggestions to fix this as well, if anyone cares to listen. I don’t just come with criticism…
