A shared Link or a forwarded message on social media, is after all, a derived 'contribution' and some times so much liked by one, that he spreads it to his circle of friends.
However, when he, himself thinks and generates some independent, thoughts, views, on any topic in his mind, it's an original 'contribution'; which probably, may have the respect of a 'shared Link'.
I, for one, value and respect such original 'contribution' more than a shared Link which comes in. Social media according to me, is an open platform for creative thinking.
This posting of mine is one such example of this concept and in this series of articles, I am going to share my Gems Of Postings on Facebook, since I started my journey on this Wonderful social medium a decade ago.
I am confident Your Horizone of Perception would be amply enriched.

"From Darkness to Light":
'Learning is an exploration from darkness to Light, from the unknown to known, from unawreness to awareness; thus expanding your 'World', broadening your horizons.
Our five sense organs that enable us to see, to smell, to hear-listen, to feel and to think, are the tools for this learning process and also to our critical appreciation ability.
What one does, when he sees a scene, a picture, a film or a drama, or reads literature, or interacts with others, etc. he likes it or hates, or avoids it and differentiates between what's good and what's not.
Thus critical appraisal is an advance application of the unique Learning Process.'

"A Relook, at Festivals"
1. While appreciating our noble traditions of the Festivals, after Festivals, rejoicing merrily, with ultra-high decibel levels of noise, time has now come to seriously review, how much of it is really correct and essential, in the changed World of 21st century.
2. Further, while doing so, what is the proportion of waste of valuable productive time thus, V/S the quantum of productive time really brought to use in a year.
3. Without such course correction, our dream of becoming a Super Power in the World would be very difficult, if not impossible. And the terrifying trouble is, if it would be so, despite having the enviable advantage of the highest percentage of youths on our side.

"A small news DEEP impact".
News about sudden death of a beloved, expert Doctor, had deep impact on the mind. His smiling voice, kind eyes & above all, his enthusiasm clubbed with his outstanding operating skills just cannot be forgotten, they would be in the memory for ever.
Time & Death wait for none, nor they have any sympathy for any one. Such a death, that too of a Noble Doctor who saves lives of thousands, virtually stops one's heart for a moment & mind realizes the total futility of craze, passion, rat race, anger etc of life. Detached aloofness, sadness then surrounds around you for quite some time.
But alas, the show must go on & the show does go on & that’s what life is all about.

"Iconic Personalities":
Along the passage of ever changing Time, the Lives of millions of people too, continue their complex journeys. Among these millions, there happen to be very very few-who can be just counted on the finger tips, in every Century, emerge as truly Iconic Movers, Shapers and Game changers. What is it, that makes these Icons and How? Who mould their destinies? These are the obvious few Qs, which need to be probed into and answered to.
By the great Grace of the Nature, more or less physical, Natural environments remain more or less, unchanged in the passage of Time. In all possibilities, many other interwoven variables like Social, Cultural, religious and economic as well as, the National/International relations, do influence the Mindsets of these would be Icons, to form their path breaking Visions and outlooks.
Arising out of these forces, specific fields of their contributions get set depending upon their individual strengths and activities. This is a derived logic in my mind due to the impact of Iconic personalities who have helped to build up our Glorious History.
Under the back ground of this Logic, it would be really a worth while exercise for the Historians, Social Scientists and Thinkers to carry out an unbiased, critically logical analysis of such Icons and Game Changers and their valuable contributions. After all, it is such Iconic Classes pave the ways for the Masses, as Time Machine moves on.
